Terms of service

By purchasing a product from Zero Degree Lab, you agree to the following terms:

• All products are made to order and may have slight variations due to the nature of the 3D printing process.
• Product images are for reference; minor differences in texture or finish may occur.
• Please ensure that LED filament bulbs only are used with the lamp. Zero Degree Lab is not responsible for damage caused by improper bulb usage.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. As our products are made to order, cash refunds are not provided. Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
