Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

As our products are made to order and not mass produced, cash refunds are not provided. Once a return is approved, the customer will receive a replacement of the product. 

Return/replacements are only approved after a thorough review of the unpacking video for the product. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
