Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

As our products are made to order and not mass produced, cash refunds are not provided. Once a return is approved, the customer will receive store credit equal to the product value, which can be used for future purchases at Zero Degree Lab.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
